Doce Robles Winery
We are Jim and Maribeth Jacobsen and we hail from the heart of California's world renown central California growing region.  As third generation grape growers, we can call upon long experience in the cultivation of the very best fruit from the land.
Our philosophies in producing wine are based around Jim's favorite quotes; "Quality begins in the vine" and "The real work is done in the vineyard".  it is not possible to make good wine with poor fruit.  To ensure quality, we minimize the need for insecticides through the use of organic practices and food grade fertilizers.

We are a small boutique winery located just outside Paso Robles, on the west side, in the Central Coast wine region of California.  We produce a range of premium wines at affordable prices all of which are ready to drink when you are. Website

Four Sisters Ranch
At the Four Sisters Ranch, our passion is wine. We call this wine our “River Cab” because we grow these grapes on the hillside banks of the Estrella River in Paso Robles, California. The temperature is cooler by the river and the growing season starts later in the year and is prolonged. This is the last area of the vineyard that we harvest. The extra time on the vine allows the grapes to fully mature to their exceptional flavor profile. In fact, these grapes were harvested November 18, 2005, at the very end of the season.

When tasting this wine, you will find a fruit forward experience with a long pleasant finish. It is bold, yet soft to the palate with hints of black arrant, black cherry, fresh cocoa, and a very slight vanilla. It is a wine that begs a second glass. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have had the pleasure of producing it. We give special thanks to the winemaker, Chris Legrandjacques. Website

Silver Stone Winery
At Silver Stone, long-time winemaker and consultant Dan Kleck is brewing up some delicious wines. Dan does the winemaking, while his wife Debra tends to the business end of Silver Stone. Debra is also the creator of some very fine handcrafted jewelry that is for sale in the tasting room. Dan has struck deals with some of the top wine growers in California. Add this factor to Dan’s wine making skills and the results are some very good wines.

Brick Oven Red – Puglia, Italy

www.brickovenred.com

Say "Buon Giorno" to Brick Oven Red®, a lovely blend of red wine grapes indigenous to Southern Italy, the birthplace of modern pizza.  Its flavors of red plums, bright cherry and leather bring to mind images of bubbling cheese, crisp pizza crust, and fresh tomato and herb sauce. Brick Oven Red® also pairs well with pasta dishes and Italian cheeses.

Sharp’s Hill Vineyards – Paso Robles

www.sharpshill.com

While living in Orange County, California, Rob Sharp and Pamela Hill Sharp dreamt of owning a central coast vineyard and crafting exceptional wines. Their dream became a reality in 2006 when they purchased the Emboscada Ranch located high above the Highway 46 West in Paso Robles.  Planted primarily with Cabernet Sauvignon and most recently Cabernet Franc, this stunning property gave them a desirable location, top-notch vines, and a wonderful place to call home

Waipara Spring’s New Zealand
Waipara Springs is a boutique vineyard and winery located in the heart of the Waipara Valley. Planted in the early 1980’s the vineyard contains some of the oldest vines in the valley providing the entirely estate grown wines with a depth and intensity that only old vines can produce. The vineyard of 26 hectares is planted with Riesling, Sauvignon blanc, Chardonnay, Gewerztraminer, Pinot Noir and Merlot with the wines crafted in two differing styles, the fresh fruit driven wines under the Waipara Springs label and the structurally driven wines of the Premo label.

Arabella Wines South Africa

At present we have 176 hectares of vineyards. This year we are planting 10ha of Nouvelle (to be blended with Sauvignon Blanc – gives great green flavours) and 20ha of Shiraz. We had intended on not planting any vinesfor 2007, but will re-evaluate this depending on market developments. From 2008 we will be planting 10ha each year, which is what we will need for replacement. As we have available land, we can increase our plantings should the market indicate.

Our main emphasis will be on Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. However, we also intend experimenting with small quantities of varietals such as Barbara, Sangiovese, Tempalino and Mouvedre.

One is allowed to add15% to a varietal without having to change the name and we believe small additions (5-10%) can compliment a varietal by giving it more complexity and structure.

Premium Australian Wine in a Can

South-Eastern Australia' denotes an enormous zone which includes Australia's three most important wineproducing states: South Australia, New South Wales and Victoria. Usually wine labelled as 'South-Eastern Australia' will be a blend made from grapes grown in vineyards located across more than one of these three states, usually (but not always) from one of the vast irrigated growing areas in Australia's interior. Wineries often source grapes from across a wide area to ensure that the resulting wine is not severely affected by local

climatic variations from one vintage to the next. Hence, this label is most often found on good value, everyday wines, for which a consistent style and quality are of greater importance than regional or varietal characteristics.

Di Stefano Winery Washington State
The winery does not own its own vineyards, but relies on long term relationships and contracts with existing well known vineyards. Our relationship with the vineyards is changing from receiving tonnage (grapes) to controlling the vineyard and working with the vineyard manager(s). Having the ability to control the acreage

allows us to ensure quality of the harvest.
